Redwood + World Cup
I got lucky presale world cup tickets for the US v Australia game in Seattle, so made a mini trip of it. On the drive north I stopped at Redwood NP to admire the big trees 🙄🌲 Then made my way up to Portland where I attended a river restoration course Monday-Thursday before the big game Friday. I picked up my buddy Chris from the airport and we got swagged out in our USA gear. The “Vegemite Free Zone” sign I made got shown on the global TV stream ha. After my 5 seconds of fame, I lived the rest of the day like a celebrity and then threw the sign away once the fame got to my head. Tough work bein on the world stage, I’ll tell ya
